The Black Emergency Light is most popular because it blends so well with dark interior environments.In addition to that, it's UL924 Listed and compliant throughout the US and Canada. The model number for the Black Emergency Light is: CLS-B. The front of the unit sports two fully adjustable square 5.4-watt incandescent lighting heads that will provide adequate pathway lighting in 80% of all applications.

Our CLS-B is constructed with corrosion and flame resistant injection molded thermoplastic, bringing the material cost down to less than $20 USD each. A plastic housing is also ideal in certain damp locations like exterior covered breezeways, warehouses, under canopies and in places of high humidity where steel or aluminum can deteriorate.

The Black Emergency Light is equipped with two front mounted square 5.4W wedge base incandescent bulbs. A ratcheted track allows you to position the beam angle per your escape pathway lighting requirements. To meet UL924 emergency lighting codes, the CLS-B comes with a maintenance free 6V 4Ah sealed valve regulated lead acid battery. The battery is rated to keep the lighting heads illuminated for at least 90 minutes, and requires only 24-hours to fully re-charge.
