This versatile thermoplastic exit sign is suitable for just about any indoor environment, and includes everything you need to install it. Best of all the Green LED light source consumes less wattage than red exit signs, minimizing your energy usage over time.

Construction

The CLX-GB-BB is constructed with a flame and corrosion resistant ABS plastic housing with a standard white finish. This plastic unit is perfect for dimly lit intimate environments, hallways and covered patios. The Black LED Exit Sign with Green Letters includes two removable 'EXIT' stencils and a solid backplate, so you can make this egress marker single or double sided. The stencil plates have knockout directional chevrons (arrows), so it can adapt to any exit strategy.

The CLX-GB-BB also includes a mounting canopy that allows you to mount to a ceiling or on the side of the sign for wall / flag mount configuration.

Battery

This CLX-GB-BB model includes a maintenance-free, Nickel Cadmium (Ni-Cd) battery pack. It provides emergency backup power to the exit sign for at least 90 minutes, and only requires 24-hours to fully recharge. Ni-Cd is the longest lasting battery type available, lasting an average of 15 years.

A push-to-test switch and LED pilot light on the bottom of the exit sign housing allows you to test the emergency readiness of the fixture. The LED will flash if any fault is detected in the circuit, LED lights or battery.
