The Black Outdoor LED Emergency Wall Pack with Motion Sensor is a dual-purpose fixture which provides ‘normally on’ and emergency lighting capabilities. The appeal of a fixture such as this is that it eliminates the need to install two separate fixtures. A motion sensor is included which makes it turn on when someone is nearby. If an emergency power outage occurs, it will immediately turn on and operate for at least 90-minutes. A low profile design adds aesthetic appeal and the black baked on powder coat finish blends well with dark surfaces.
Construction
A die-cast aluminum, low profile housing protects internal components and the powerful 15W LED lamp. The mounting plate and front of the unit snap together easily and universal knockouts are included for mounting it to a junction box.
Maintenance
The nickel-cadmium battery backup with a 7 to 10 year lifespan can be tested at any time by pressing the push-to-test button located on the bottom of the unit.
