The Compact Cold Weather Exit Sign Combo with Green Letters is a 2 for 1 solution designed for use in freezing environments where temperatures can drop as low as -4ºF. This model features a green LED exit sign combined with (2) powerful, top-mounted LED lamps. It comes with an internal heater which keeps the battery backup system warm and ready to operate when freezing temperatures are present. The fixture is completely waterproof and designed for use outdoors and in all types of wet locations.
Construction
The housing of the Compact Cold Weather Exit Sign Combo with Green Letters is constructed from weatherproof, flame-resistant polycarbonate. The clear faceplate protects the green EXIT legend and is rated for contact with liquid, dust, and other similar types of materials. A silicone gasket creates a watertight seal between the lens and housing, which ensures moisture does not enter.
Installation
This exit sign and emergency light combo can be configured in the field for both single and double-sided applications. The EXIT faceplates feature a pair of directional chevron arrows that can be removed, which allows the exit path direction to be easily indicated.
Maintenance
The Compact Cold Weather Exit Sign with Green Letters features a 4.8V nickel-cadmium battery backup system that operates both the exit sign and set of emergency lights for a minimum of 90-minutes when electrical power is lost. A simple external push-button allows the battery status to be verified at any time.

This cold weather exit sign combo is UL924 Listed for indoor and outdoor use in wet locations. Approved for use in cold environments where temperatures can reach -4ºF.
