Construction
The rear backplate on the W12SV60H-2-MW-D is made of cast aluminum, sprayed with a white baked-on powder coat finish that is resistant to impact and corrosion. Tamper proof screws and special bit are standard with this model.
A removable clear polycarbonate lens cover protects the halogen MR16 floodlights inside. The shield and back housing are hermetically sealed with a silicone gasket to prevent water, vapor or dust ingress.
Illumination
The W12SV60H-2-MW-D Series includes two (2) super-bright 20-watt halogen MR16 swivel heads which can be positioned on dual axis without a tool, providing you with full beam control.
Battery and UL Testing
The W12SV60H-2-MW-D includes a 12-volt Nickel Metal Hydride (NiMH) battery with a 60W capacity that can power up to two (2) extra remote heads or maintain the fixture in emergency-mode for over 3 hours.
Nickel Metal Hydride has a 50% higher energy density than Ni-Cd and can fully re-charge in 2-3 hours. Best of all, Ni-Mh does not use cadmium, mercury or lead - carcinogenic and sometimes deadly poisons used in SLA, Ni-Cd and lead calcium power cells, and is one of the most environmentally-friendly batteries out there.
This model comes standard with Auotest (AT), a microprocessor that constantly monitors the lamps, circuits, battery voltage and input voltage for any flaws. AT also performs periodic battery discharge tests on a monthly basis and will alert maintenance personnel with a red, non-audible blinking LED light until the issue is resolved.

Other Details
This emergency lighting unit comes with a 3-year factory warranty. Lamps and fuses are not covered under the warranty. Any deliberate damage, misuse, or improper installation effectively cancels the warranty.Product Videos
