The UT75 Series Photoluminescent Exit Sign is a self-powered, self-illuminating exit sign that features a 25+ year lifespan and installs without any electrician needed. This glow-in-the-dark exit sign is both completely non-electrical and UL924 Listed. This means it is code-compliant for all 50 states and Canada as an acceptable alternative to conventional, electrical LED exit signs.

The glowing letters of the UT75 Series Photoluminescent Exit Sign can be seen from up to 75 feet away and it is suitable for indoor use in both dry and damp locations. An ideal solution for anywhere electricity is not available, the sign is colored silver and comes with a variety of mounting options. Construction & Installation

The UT75 Series Photoluminescent Exit Sign is constructed from a polymetal base and displays a glowing ‘EXIT’, which is surrounded by either a red, green, black, white, or silver background, depending on the model chosen. This ultra-thin sign is designed for multiple mounting configurations.

Surface wall (back) mounting is standard and requires no mounting bracket. If you need to mount the exit sign to the ceiling (top mount) or wall via the end (flag mount), choose the mounting bracket to achieve that.

All double-sided models are provided with a mounting bracket. There is also a “T-Bar Ceiling Mount” bracket option for applications where signs are being installed into a suspended, lay-in type ceiling.

Lifespan & Operation

The UT75 Series Photoluminescent Exit Sign features a 25+ year lifespan, during which there are no maintenance or testing requirements of any kind. The sign absorbs light and then naturally glows. It can be seen for 90 minutes from up to 75 feet away. Most importantly the sign is UL924 Listed and meets NFPA 101 Life Safety Code regulations, which means that is it compliant throughout the United States and Canada.
