The ELX719 is both an exit sign and standby light in a sealed, weatherproof body. This exit light cuts your installation costs in half, and it's long-life LED light source eases future maintenance. This fixture has universal red or green 'EXIT' faceplates and features two side-mount, adjustable LED MR16 lighting heads for egress pathway illumination.

Construction

The ELX719 is composed of a clear, scratch-resistant thermoplastic shell which encloses the white plastic sign housing. The shell is gasketed to prevent water ingress, and secured by four (4) weatherproof screws. The kit includes two (2) red or green 'EXIT' stencil faceplates with knockout directional chevrons, and one (1) solid backplate, so you can modify the inner fixture from a single to a double-face egress marker.

Our Wet Location LED Exit Emergency Combo MR16 Lamps includes a universal J-box canopy that allows for ceiling, wall or end mount. The upper housing of the unit features two (2) weatherproof 2-watt LED MR16 lighting heads that can be hand-positioned to angle the beams.

Battery

This ELX model includes a 6-volt 4.5 amp/hour Sealed Lead Acid battery. This battery type has a 7 year lifespan and will power the lights and sign for a minimum of 120 minutes - nearly twice the required UL924 runtime!

A push-to-test switch and LED pilot light on the bottom of the exit sign housing allows you to test the emergency readiness of the fixture. The LED will flash if any fault is detected in the circuit, LED lights or battery.
